Shipping Policy
If the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Orders should be placed before 8.45pm Qatar time to ensure same day delivery.
DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES
We will do our best to accommodate all requests for flower delivery on specific days and times. However please be advised that delivery is between 9am and 11pm every day of the week.
As a general rule of thumb, if delivery can not be completed at the time requested, it will be made as soon as possible.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Address Changes
Any time an order is rerouted to an address, other than the original provided, an additional delivery fee of 50 Riyals will be incurred.
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses such as wrong street numbers or street names.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to any address in Qatar.
Delivery to any address within Doha – 20 Riyals
Delivery outside Doha – 50 Riyals.
